Back in my Red Era Last Christmas, my sister painted this journal for me to write my thoughts about Open Hands. It’s mostly full of needy prayers. As publication comes closer, there’s so many emotions that rise up. This book is vulnerable. It’s deep. In this space, Lord Jesus, as we wait, we long for You. Renew our spirits. Restore our praise. Revive our dedication to you. We wait in eager expectation for all You have already done and all You will continue to do. Amen.
